"we always take care of clients seriously"
Kerveshi & Partners Law Firm is established in Pristina, Kosovo. The firm is devoted to providing excellence and expertise in legal services to international and local businesses. The firm offers a wide range of legal services such as commercial/civil law, administrative/regulatory and white-collar crime cases.
The firm is a team of attorneys. Presently, our five attorneys are registered as lawyers at the Kosovo Chamber of Attorneys. The firm has quality assurance mechanisms in place.
We offer services in a broader spectrum of practice areas in Kosovo such as commercial and civil, public and administrative.
We advise and litigate at all levels of courts and public agencies in Kosovo including international arbitration. We have a growing active case file in all courts.
The services of our firm are comprehensive but customized to the client’s needs where Alternative Dispute Resolution is a strongly supported mechanism. Our founding partner is a great contributor to the founding and flourishing of commercial mediation and arbitration in Kosovo.
Our activities are sustained by extensive experience and knowledge about each of the necessary legal conjunctures that in the past have proven to be successful and has allowed our firm to give the correct solution to its clients.
Nevertheless, being aware of the need to stay abreast of changes and practices in the legal field, we maintain up-to-date, taking part in seminars, forums or conferences related to the law not only nationally, but also internationally.
Our firm makes a difference for our clients, and each other. Our juniors take an active part in litigation processes. Our attorneys and one of our partners have risen up from the junior ranks to their current positions, based on their hard work.
Our new outside counsel, Mr. Ben Emmerson QC, represents one of the best legal minds in the world in the area of public law. We grow together with our new clients by serving their needs while staying compatible with international best practices.
